hire a car transporter

Looking to hire a car transporter to help you get your car to a new destination?  You have come to the right place.  We are a full service car transporter for hire.  We service the entire United States including Hawaii and Alaska.  On this page we are going to go over several key points; we know that you have lots of options when it comes to hiring a car transporter.  We want to make sure you are an informed consumer so that you can properly make judgement calls on exactly which company you want to hire as we are certainly not all the same.

When you are planning to hire a car transporter be sure you that you know the actual name of the company.  There are many companies with names that are extremely similar, some of these companies purposely do that.  They will take a reputable transporter’s name, then make a name very similar to that and hope that you will not notice who they are and what they are trying to do.  What these companies tend to do is be in business for 1-2 years, quote out prices, and promise people things they can not deliver on.  A large majority of these carriers will also ask you to prepay deposits.  The reason they will charge the upfront deposit is that they want to have you tied into them.  If you have paid them some money and they do not preform as they promised you are still committed to them and will have a difficult time getting your funds back.

We can not stress enough how important it is to do your homework with you are making your decisions on which car transporter to hire.  We recommend to all people that they review the companies on the Better Business Bureau website so they can make a determination of who is reputable.  While some companies will refer you to review websites, we generally advise against that.  Some review sites unfortunately are manipulated by by car transporters to make them seem larger or better.  For that reason, we feel it is important you take the review sites with a grain of salt.  If you hire a car transporter that has a good reputation, the move will be more easier and smoother for you.

Your transport time will vary based on the distance you are sending your car.  For example, as a general rule of thumb, if you are planning to go coast to coast, expect about 10 days.  If you are planning do go north to south, your transport time will be roughly 7 days.  Car transporters are only allowed to drive a certain number of hours per day to ensure that others on the road are safe.  For that reason, you need to plan accordingly to give ample time for your move.  If you find companies promising you much quicker times, they may not be the car transporter you want to hire for you move.
